Hello hello! If you need help with an order or have a question about a return, here are some frequently asked questions! If you don't see your question below, feel free to go to our contact page and send us a message! :)
Orders are processed and shipped to you between 5-7 business days (unless they are pre-orders)! Please refrain from emailing us until more than 7 business days have passed! Jollie Ollie is run by just me, a single human being, so please be kind and know I am trying my best!
Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery! Please email us at email@example.com so we can help you out. Once the 10 days has past, we will not accept any returns!
Refunds can take up to 5 business days after product has been returned.
Don't panic! Mistakes happen, and we will do what we can to make it right! If this happens to you, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send you the correct goodies!
While I work very hard to safely package all products, sometimes things break! If this is the case, please email me with your order number and a photo or two of the broken item. Email is email@example.com
