Orders ship within 5-7 business days (usually sooner but we are a small team of 2 and sometimes get a little backed up!)
We do not accept returns! Please always check sizing for items before you buy! HOWEVER, if you have any issues with your order or items, feel free to email us so we can see what we can do to help!
If a package is lost in the mail it is the customer's responsibility to contact their post office. If a package gets lost or stolen, please file a report with your local post office before contacting us! You must send proof of the report you have filed when you email us. Replacement of stolen or lost packages is judged on a case-to-case basis. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.
Any "return to sender" packages that occur due to an incorrect or undeliverable address are the responsibility of the customer to pay additional shipping fees to reship.
The customer is in charge of paying any duties or customs fees for their items. If you do not pay the customs fees and the items are returned, the original shipping cost will not be refunded since the item was sent out.
