✺ Do you except returns?
I do not accept returns! Please always check sizing for items before you buy! HOWEVER, if you have any issues with your order or items, feel free to email us so we can see what we can do to help!
✺ How long does shipping take?
We are a small little team of just 2 so most orders ship within 5–7 business days. Delivery time depends on your location!
✺ Where is my package at?
Once your order has shipped you should receive an email with a tracking number! Always check that to see any updates on your delivery. If you are still having issues, see info below!
Does your tracking info say that your item was delivered but it's not there? Do not panic! This is a super common issue! Your order most likely got scanned in on accident and should still arrive in a day or two! If your order does not arrive after a week, please email us!Contact your local USPS office! I promise they have more info than I will in regards to tracking! :)
I cannot refund any shipping or cover any shipping or product loss if you enter in the wrong address at check out! Always double check before you check out!!
✺ Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us ASAP if you need to update your order! After 24 hours, I cannot promise any changes can be made! Once you receive confirmation of shipping, you will no longer be able to update your order.
✺ Do you offer shipping outside of the US?
Yes we do! But please note that we do not cover any duties or fees that you may be asked to pay by your local postal system! The shipping price you pay at checkout is just for the shipping of the goods.
